Chef Susie, graduate of the California Culinary Academy and the owner of Spice It Up Catering, is passionate about teaching others to cook using a variety of techniques and flavors. Dalia, who was named Woman of the Year through the Napa Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (2011), is committed to promoting awareness of authentic Mexican cuisine and pairing it to create a new wine experience. Patricia is an expert in spirits and wine, and prides herself on sharing the good life through a fun approach to education.
